Pre’s art is mostly released Creative Commons.
The commons hostage is an experiment to fund that.
The more you donate to a project, the more work he does on it.
So things are released episodoally.
Only when a randsom is raised.
I tried to see if I could get people to donate to finish art projects barely-started. Almost before Kickstarter, even. The “Commons Hostage” was my project, and I tried Chapter-One of a new project every month.
Few of them got donations, even fewer enough donations to finish through to the end.
They are all in the “Recent Releases” page of this site if you want to see those many chapter-ones.
