Back in the mid naughties, when mobile phone were mobile phones and browsing the web on your handset was only for those with deep geeky tendencies, I set up a system to allow comic-book artists to create comic-books to run on mobile-phones and to be paid for with SMS messages.
I lacked a marketing partner, or indeed any marketing at all, but made some comic-books about zombies and booze and robots and plasticine monsters and stuff.
The original site is now retired but The Way Back Machine has some of it.
It’s unlikely the comics would run on a modern phone even if you could get them from here.
